Storing Sex Toys in plastic containers
Plastic containers are very suitable for storing your sex toys and are readily available in a huge range of shapes and sizes. After you have cleaned your sex toy, wrap it in a lint free cloth and keep safe in a plastic container.
Plastic is a non porous material and we would recommend that you drill some small holes in the plastic container to make sure that air can circulate freely. This will allow any moisture to escape
Storing Sex Toys in shoe boxes
Shoe boxes are another very popular place to keep sex toys as they are readily available and do not cost anything. Most shoe boxes are made from cardboard which is reasonable breathable, so you do not need to make any holes as you do for plastic containers.
The biggest drawback with shoe boxes is that they are not as strong as plastic and cardboard can be very unhygienic if wet sex toys are placed inside. It is always best to place your sex toy in a dry cloth before putting in the shoe box as this will help prevent any moisture affecting the cardboard and stop cardboard fibres sticking to your sex toy.
Hiding Sex Toys
Whatever storage box you choose, think carefully about where you store your sex toys as it can be very embarrassing for other people to discover what is in the box. It is generally advisable to keep the box somewhere safe and where it is unlikely to be discovered accidentally.
